Payment arrangements

• Payment must be made by bank transfer in favour of Prague & You s.r.o.
• Deposit of 50% must be paid 30 days before your arrival in Prague
• The balance of the amount must be paid at least 5 days before arrival.

Cancellation arrangements and conditions

All cancellations must be in writing (email) and confirmed by Prague & You, s.r.o. The client is entitled to cancel the confirmed booking under the following conditions:

Individuals (1 – 6 persons):

Cancellation period	Client liability
3 days or more prior to arrival	Free of charge
2 days or less prior to arrival	100% of costs
No show	100% of costs

Groups (7 and more persons):

Cancellation period	Client liability
31 days and more prior to arrival	Free of charge
30 – 10 days prior to arrival	60% of cost
9 – 3 days prior to arrival	80% of costs
2 days and less prior to arrival	100% of costs
No show	100% of costs
