Terms & Conditions

Business Conditions

  • The payment must be provided by a bank transfer in favour of Prague & You, Ltd.
  • Deposit of 50% must be paid 30 days before arrival of the group.
  • The rest of the amount must be paid at least 5 days before arrival of the group.

Cancellation Conditions

All cancellations must be in writing form (email) and confirmed by Prague & You, Ltd.. The client is entitled to cancel the confirmed booking under the following conditions:

F.I.T. (1 - 7 persons):

3 days and more prior to arrival

Free of charge

2 days and less prior to arrival or no show

100% of total costs

Groups (8 and more persons):

31 days and more prior to arrival

Free of charge

30 - 10 days prior to arrival

60% of the total costs

9 - 3 days prior to arrival

80% of the total costs

2 days and less prior to arrival or no show

100% of total costs
