Travel Package: Jewish Prague & Terezin - 5 Days

Day 1: Arrival in Prague

Arrival in Prague, transfer with an English speaking driver to the hotel

Day 2: Grand City tour and Jewish Quarter, 4 hours

Organized mostly by car and partly on foot. You will be picked up and dropped off at your hotel. During this trip you get a general overview of the city. It will cover the Old Town, Lesser Town, Castle Town and New Town. During the sightseeing tour you will visit the Jewish town (all synagogues and the cemetery are concentrated in a small area).

Day 3: Black light theatre (Ta Fantastika) or Don Giovanni (National Marionette theatre)

Aspects of Alice - a classic black-light theatre performance on the theme of "Alice in Wonderland" by Lewis Carroll
Don Giovanni - "the opera of operas" by Mozart. Prague offers a version in of classical marionette theatre, using period costumes and tall marionettes

Day 4: A Trip to Terezin Concentration Camp, 5 hours

An English speaking chauffeur will drive you to Terezin. During the car journey, you will also get information by DVD about the concentration camp. The visit to the Terezin Memorial is divided into two parts. The first is the sightseeing of the Small Fortress with a local guide. The second is arranged with your chauffeur, exploring the Museum, the former Magdeburg barracks, a Jewish prayer room and funeral rooms with the Columbarium and Crematorium.

Day 5: Departure from Prague

Transfer to the airport
